description

When viewing an HTML web resource there should be a button to allow launching that page to view it in a browser.

I'm not sure it is really relevant since HTML web resource could be dependant of Crm application context which won't be available from the tool.

But I will try to add it, anyway

The button should only be active when the HTML page represents one that exists as a published web resource. It shouldn't work for HTML Pages that only exist on disk.

The HTML Web resource that depends on the context should have an include a link to ClientGlobalContext.js.aspx, so if you just append the URL captured from the application connection information with +"/webresources/"+<web resource name> it should display the web resource and it will load up the client context it needs.

Users of CRM Online should expect that any resources linked using relative paths will not get loaded if they are not already signed in. This is a known issue with the way the redirection from Windows Live works when they are prompted to sign-in. The redirection URL is to an ashx page that delivers the HTML, but since the page isn't necessarily in the same root as the web resource, the relative paths don't work. Workaround is to login first.
